What is an astrology consultation like?

I will need your exact birth data: date, time, and place of birth. I also like to know of any particular life areas you’d like me to focus my research on (career, relationships, Saturn Return, personal growth, etc). I prepare ahead of time with hours of research into multiple charts so I can better understand where you’re coming from, where you are now, and where you’re going. I also like to know your level of astrology so that I can modify terminology. Consultations are the most helpful when there is conversation between us. I want to hear how you live out your chart - I welcome you to share your stories and experiences so that I can find out what’s happening in your chart and provide you with the best astrological insights into the hows, whys, and whens. This way, you get the most out of your questions and it helps my research too. I am not a fatalistic astrologer but rather a counseling one, empowering self-agency with an integral approach, recognizing all parts of you that make you whole.

How can I find out my birth time?

The exact time of your birth is necessary for an accurate interpretation of your chart and timing events. Check your original birth certificate, hospital bracelet, or baby book. Ask a parent or relative. Call your hospital or county clerk’s office and ask for a long form (sometimes called a vaulted copy) of your birth certificate. If you are still unsure, I may be able to rectify your chart and narrow down a time based on past life events.

When/how often should I book a session?

Many clients request consultations around their birthdays, as you get a new chart for the year (called the Solar Return). However, if you need perspective on something, then it’s a good time for a reading! Otherwise, every 6 months to 1 year is also a good time for an astro update and check-in.

Is this a psychic reading?

No. There is an art of interpretation to astrology and I am constantly studying to advance my knowledge of translating the symbolism of planets, signs, and houses. I am not a fortune-teller and do not predict the future. I use ancient rules and techniques about upcoming cycles which reveal themes and tones, not concrete events (like marriage or death).

Can I purchase a gift consult?

Yes, have the recipient reach out to me themselves to book their consultation. Once the date is booked, payment is due before the session.

Can we look at my partner’s chart?

No, I cannot discuss another person’s chart without their consent or presence. At this time, I am not offering couples’ readings.

POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS: Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received, due 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your confirmation will be received as a Google invite with a Zoom link - check your spam or email me if you have not received the invite. Please create a Zoom account and download the app before we meet. You have the option to audio record the session; please download the recording once received, as I do not store back-up files.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Payments are non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows (considered 10 minutes late to the scheduled time).

PRIVACY: I respect your privacy and our discussion is confidential. Your personal info, birth data, chart, and recording will not be shared or sold.
